Overview

 These can be divided into two main groups and five categories: 

1.  Users of Logistics Service
Exporter/ Manufacturers/ InterTrader.  This group consists of enterprise which use logistics services- either in-house operation or contract outside services.  The ones eligible for ELMA awards are:

• Manufacturers, exporters of agricultural goods, ago-based and pharmaceutical products
• Manufacturers, exporters of other manufactured goods  

 
2.  Logistics Service Provider (LSP)
LSP or the contracted logistics service providers eligible for ELMA awards consist of three main sectors:

• Transportation and transport service
• Warehouse system & services
• Various logistics services including 3PL, 4PL, etc.

Small Enterprise vs Large Enterprise

To make the competition a level playing field, enterprises, awards in each of the five categories are divided event further into small vs large enterprises according to their registered capital.

1)    Users of Logistics Service:

• Small Enterprise: registered capital equal or lower than 200 million baht
• Large Enterprise: registered capital higher  than 200 million baht

2)    Logistics Service Provider (LSP)

• Small Enterprise: registered capital equal or lower than 20 million baht
• Large Enterprise: registered capital higher  than 20 million baht
